STRAWBERRIES N’ CREAM OATMEAL

Hot creamy old-fashioned oats with firm, sweet strawberries, and a dollop of creamy Greek yogurt is my childhood favorite elevated to adulthood. Oats provide whole grain fiber and Greek yogurt has protein, combined together to keep you feeling and ready to meet the day.
Strawberries have been studied for years and their health benefits are fantastic! Strawberries are a deliciously rich source of vitamin C. This vitamin C functions as an antioxidant which can help prevent oxidative damage to cells. Strawberries also have heart health benefits. They can help reduce the risk of hypertension and inflammation which can lower your risk of developing cardiovascular disease.
